How to permanently delete your ALMARKAZ account and personal data.
You can delete your ALMARKAZ account and the personal data associated with it at any time, directly from the app or the website. Follow the steps below.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your ALMARKAZ account in the app or at almarkaz.iq.
- Open Profile from the account menu.
- Scroll to the "Danger zone" section at the bottom of the page.
- Tap "Delete my account" and confirm with your password.
- Your account and personal data are removed immediately.
What gets deleted
We permanently delete your personal data, including your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, saved addresses, wishlist, and notification preferences.
For legal, tax, and accounting reasons, we keep order and transaction records for the period required by law. These records are no longer linked to an active account.
